Is it just loading, or do you run the whole move as well?
Both. Bring your own trailer, POD, Penske, or U-Haul and we send a crew to load or unload it by the hour, or reserve our truck and crew for the entire job. On its own, loading help makes up a good chunk of what we do.
How much will it cost?
One plain quote, given before we begin. Most small apartments land in the $230–$360 range, and a typical two-bedroom sits around $540–$830. Booking crew by the hour instead? A pair of movers is $130/hr and a trio is $170/hr, with no hidden fees.

We move you in reusable crates and blankets instead of throwaway cardboard, pack with paper and materials we take back and reuse, run fuel-efficient trucks, and haul off the furniture and clutter you are donating or recycling. It is our flagship, and it costs you nothing extra.
What does no hidden fees mean?
You are quoted a single number up front, and that is the total at the end. The stairs, the walk-in, the miles, and the awkward heavy pieces are all priced in before we begin, so no fuel add-on, no creeping hourly total, and nothing new at the door.
If I rent the truck, can you load it to survive a long drive?
That is one of our specialties. We keep the weight down low, strap it in layers, and pack it so tight nothing shifts over the miles. Rented a truck that turned out too small? Fitting a whole household into a tight one is right in our wheelhouse.
Do you move in the Portland rain?
Year round. We lay floor runners so the wet stays outside and off your hardwood, wrap anything that cannot get damp, and clear a safe path before the first dolly rolls.
Can you move a safe, a treadmill, or a piano?
Sure, the bulky heavy pieces are no trouble. We bring the right boards, dollies, and straps, cover the floors start to finish, and quote it plainly before the day, even up a steep Craftsman staircase.
How far ahead should I book?
You can often grab a midweek date on just a few days notice. The weekend slots and month-end dates book up quick, so get in touch early. Last-minute? Ask anyway, we take next-day jobs when we can.
What areas do you cover?
Portland and all of Multnomah County, plus Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Tualatin, and Wilsonville in Washington County, and Lake Oswego, West Linn, Oregon City, Happy Valley, and Milwaukie in Clackamas. We also load long-haul trucks out on I-5 and I-84.
